Returns & Exchanges
Speedwell is a one-person workshop, and each item is made or restored by hand using reclaimed materials. Small variations, visible stitching, and signs of the fabric’s previous life are part of the story, not considered faults.
That said, I want you to be happy with what you buy.
If something arrives damaged or not as described, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery using the contact form or email listed on the site. I’ll do my best to repair, replace, or refund where reasonable.
Because most items are one of a kind, direct exchanges aren’t always possible. In those cases, a refund or shop credit will be offered once the item is returned in its original condition.
- Returns accepted: within 14 days of delivery
- Refunds: issued once the item is received and checked
- Shipping costs: the buyer is responsible unless the item is faulty or incorrect
